Rereads the current state of a specific Bridge bank connection.

Retrieve Bridge item rereads a specific bank connection to obtain its current state and refresh information.
It is especially useful after a Bridge event concerning an item or before deciding that user reconnection is required.

Limits and responsibilities
- Rereading an item does not trigger new user bank authentication.
- The node does not return accounts or transactions directly; use the dedicated list nodes.
