Behavior

The node submits the recipient number, template name, language, and parameters to the selected WhatsApp configuration, then returns the provider message accepted for submission.

Limits and responsibilities

Provider acceptance does not guarantee final delivery to the handset.
The template must be approved and parameters must match its Meta definition.
