Cancel order (Mondu)
Cancels the Mondu order associated with an Ormuz order while its state still allows cancellation.
Vue d’ensemble
Cancel order (Mondu) cancels the Mondu order corresponding to the supplied platform.order.
Cancellation is accepted only for created, authorization_required, authorized, and pending states. More advanced states require different business handling, often through invoicing or credit notes.
- The designer supplies only the Ormuz order.
- The reason is optional but recommended for traceability.
- An impossible cancellation fails explicitly instead of being ignored.
Typical scenario
Stock becomes unavailable after authorization but before confirmation. The process cancels the Mondu order and closes the commercial order.
Quick start
Link the Ormuz order and, when possible, an explicit reason.
Cancelable states

| Parameter | Binding | Role |
|---|---|---|
order | canceled_order | Order to cancel |
reason | Stock unavailable | Reason recommended |
Data resolution
The node automatically derives required data from linked Ormuz objects.
| Data | Source or rule |
|---|---|
| Mondu order concerned | order.id identifies the order |
| Cancelable states | created, authorization_required, authorized, pending |
Parameters 3
Contexte principal
Objects and configuration that determine the Mondu operation.
order.id is used as external_reference_id and then external_order_id.Commercial terms
Payment choice, term, and journey settings.
Outputs 1
Objet Mondu
Primary Mondu object produced or refreshed by the node.
Behavior
Identify the order
The node starts from the Ormuz order used for the Mondu request.
Check its business state
Orders that are too advanced or already complete can no longer be canceled by this node.
Send the reason
The configured reason accompanies cancellation when present.
Return the result
The output contains the Mondu order after cancellation.
Limits and responsibilities
- The node does not automatically modify Ormuz order status.
- It does not handle already-submitted invoices.
- It does not automatically recreate a new order.
Troubleshooting
`order_not_cancelable`
The order is too advanced or already complete. Use the appropriate invoice/credit-note lifecycle.
Mondu order not found
Check that the order was created in Mondu with the same Ormuz order.
