Creates or reuses the Mondu buyer associated with an Ormuz company so subsequent orders always use the same buyer.

Ensure buyer (Mondu) prepares a buyer company for Mondu journeys outside integrated order creation. The Ormuz company carries its identity and company.id remains its Mondu external reference.

If that company already exists in Mondu with the same reference, the node reuses the buyer. Otherwise, it creates one.

The same Ormuz company remains associated with the same Mondu buyer for a given configuration.
The created output distinguishes creation from reuse.
The returned traceability link explains which Mondu buyer corresponds to the Ormuz company.

Typical scenario

A B2B onboarding process receives a new company and its primary contact. The node creates the Mondu buyer once. Subsequent orders then use the same buyer.

Key point For Create hosted order and Create async order, the buyer is already derived automatically from the order: there is no need to insert Ensure buyer before every order.

Active Mondu configuration used for the operation. It notably defines environment, default payment method, net term, language, and optional marketplace settings.

Ormuz buyer company. Its identifier becomes the stable external reference of the Mondu buyer. Its legal name, registration, country, and registered address populate the Mondu case.

contactOptionnelContact

Optional buyer contact. Its email takes precedence over the company email when creating the buyer. Use a persisted contact consistent with the company concerned.

Behavior

Check buyer information

The company must contain the minimum information required by Mondu.

Reuse an existing buyer

If the company is already known to Mondu, the same buyer is returned with created = false.

Preserve stable identity

company.id remains the external reference used for this company.

Create when needed

A new buyer is created only when the company does not yet exist in Mondu.

Limits and responsibilities

The node does not automatically update an existing Mondu buyer when the company changes.
It does not guarantee financing eligibility and creates no order.
It does not replace upstream company-data quality checks.

Troubleshooting

Raison sociale manquante

Provide company.legal_name or, failing that, company.name.

Registration or country missing

Complete the company registration fields before rerunning the node.

Email introuvable

Link a contact with an email or populate company.email.

Multiple associated buyers

Correct duplicates so one Ormuz company corresponds to one Mondu buyer.
