Objectif

Creates and confirms a customer_balance PaymentIntent for an Ormuz psp_payment still in draft status.

The provider mapping guarantees that the same psp_payment does not produce multiple PaymentIntents when the process resumes.

Behavior

Validate the payment

Requires a persisted platform.psp_payment in draft status and a Stripe Customer.

Reuse when possible

Rereads the already-mapped PaymentIntent and returns created: false without creating a duplicate.

Create and confirm

Uses the amount and currency of the psp_payment, configures customer_balance, then confirms the PaymentIntent.

Create the mapping

Associates the PaymentIntent with the psp_payment, including its Stripe status and live mode.
