Vue d’ensemble

Presents a set of mutually exclusive choices and returns the selected key for process routing.

Exemple

Ask whether the participant acts as legal representative, accountant, or another contact so subsequent steps can adapt.

Key point A user action suspends the instance until the interaction is resolved. The User Journey presents the action; the node remains the orchestration contract determining its inputs and outputs.

Parameters 7

titleRequisstring
Main title presented to the participant for this action in the User Journey.
descriptionOptionnelstring
Optional supporting text shown under the title to explain what is expected from the participant.
questionRequisstring
Markdown question displayed above the option list.
choicesRequischoice option[]
Structured list of proposed options. Each choice has a stable key used as the routing result and a label shown to the user.
default_choice_keyOptionnelstring
Default choice utilisé pour configurer cette interaction utilisateur.
allow_replay_from_hereOptionnelboolean
Allows a participant to restart a replay from this interaction when the process enables that capability. Disable it when repeating the action would be dangerous or misleading.
replay_boundaryOptionnelboolean
Marks this interaction as a replay point of no return to bound earlier steps that can be replayed or reused.

Outputs 3

selected_routestring
Route key selected from the participant's response.
choice_keystring
Stable key of the option selected by the participant.
choice_labelstring
Displayed label corresponding to the selected option.

Behavior

Options are defined as structured values. The selected key becomes selected_route and lets the graph follow the branch matching the response.

Limits and responsibilities

  • Choice keys are part of the graph contract: avoid renaming them without checking downstream routes.
  • The node collects a user declaration; it does not automatically verify that the choice matches an actually certified role.
