The company and group must belong to the same merchant. An already-absent membership succeeds with changed=false. An actual removal returns changed=true and emits company.removed_from_group. is_member is false at the end of the operation.
Limits and responsibilities
- The node deletes neither company nor group and does not replace the membership list.
- Repeating the same removal has no effect. A later mutation may restore membership.
