Participant enrichi
Vue d’ensemble
Participants describe the people or roles taking part in an experience. This node enriches their context in an instance without asking the designer to manually copy contact data.
Exemple
After resolving a company's legal representative, assign that contact to the signatory participant before a signature action or notification.
Parameters 4
participant
Participant declared in the process whose runtime attributes must be enriched.
primary identifies the primary participant.email
Email address to associate with the participant. It may be supplied directly or derived from the contact when
contact is mapped.name
Name presented for the participant. It may be supplied directly or derived from the contact's full name.
contact
Ormuz contact used as the participant identity; its ID, name, and email may populate runtime attributes.
Outputs 2
participant_key
Key of the participant actually enriched.
updated_attributes
Public attributes updated on this participant during the instance.
Behavior
Select the participant
The key must match a participant declared by the process.
Derive the attributes
Explicit email and name values take precedence; otherwise the node may use the contact information.
Preserve protection
Classifications carried by source data follow attributes persisted in participant context and node outputs.
Limits and responsibilities
- The node does not add a new participant to the definition; it enriches one that is already declared.
- It does not modify the
contactused as the source. - These attributes belong to the process instance and do not form a global user profile.
